Sourcing for quotations from suppliers, sub-contractors and etc
Preparation of contractual documents / correspondences
Assessment of progress payments and variation orders to Main contractors / suppliers
Preparation of progress claims and variation orders to the Client / Consultants
Handle contractual issues
Settlement of final accounts with Client and Main contractors / suppliers
Liaise and follow up with project / engineering team for solutions / proposals
Cost evaluation and analysis / value engineering
Negotiation with subcontractors / suppliers
Preparation of contractual documents and handle contractual disputes
Requirements
University Graduate / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Under 30 years old
At least 1 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in any related field.
Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
Deep understanding of Ms. Office, Ms. Project, AutoCad, Autodesk Revit
Understand "Document Contract", RAB, and Basic QS calculation
Understand Construction Process as well as material's prices and tools
Able to do cost analysis and schedulling
Candidates with experience in estimation and measurement of quantity, procurement, budgeting, contract administration will be an added advantage but not a must
Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player, able to meet tight deadlines, able to work independently
