HR & ADMIN STAFF

Job Descriptions

  • Provide human resource and administrative support for full spectrum of HR/Admin functions;
  • Review and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and SOP;
  • Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion;
  • Assists in overall recruitment matters which including conduct orientation;
  • Source internal and external training course for staffs and management;
  • Liaise with different departments to coordinate human resources development strategies, implementation of company ethics & code of conduct, performance review systems , staff and liaise on employment law requirements, etc
  • Submission of periodic reports and feedback to management on HR related aspects
  • Involve in employee engagement activities by coordinating and organizing company’s event;
  • Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement;
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time;

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess at least degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum two years working experiences in similar capacity
  • Knowledge in Employment Act and statutory requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership ability including coaching, counselling and team building skills
  • Good time management, self-motivated and able work under pressure
  • Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
  • Must be independent, able to multi-task in a fast-paced Environment
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill and people oriented
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
