Provide human resource and administrative support for full spectrum of HR/Admin functions;
Review and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and SOP;
Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion;
Assists in overall recruitment matters which including conduct orientation;
Source internal and external training course for staffs and management;
Liaise with different departments to coordinate human resources development strategies, implementation of company ethics & code of conduct, performance review systems , staff and liaise on employment law requirements, etc
Submission of periodic reports and feedback to management on HR related aspects
Involve in employee engagement activities by coordinating and organizing company’s event;
Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement;
Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time;
Requirements
Candidate should possess at least degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum two years working experiences in similar capacity
Knowledge in Employment Act and statutory requirements
Demonstrated leadership ability including coaching, counselling and team building skills
Good time management, self-motivated and able work under pressure
Good attitude with a positive mindset and cheerful personality
Must be independent, able to multi-task in a fast-paced Environment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill and people oriented
